- Include your WhatsApp phone number with country code and ask us to delete your Gallah data.

Request on WhatsApp
- Open the WhatsApp conversation you use with Gallah.
- Send “Please delete my Gallah data” from the number linked to your records.
- Reply to any reasonable verification question so we can confirm the request.
What happens next
We aim to confirm and complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. Some information may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute or protect the service. Protected backup copies may take up to 90 days to be overwritten.
